How do I change between QuickScans?
- Right click on the AmbirScan for athenahealth icon, located in your system tray
- Hover the mouse over QuickScans; the QuickScan you have currently selected will have a check mark next to it. Click on the QuickScan you wish to change to.
Note: The selected QuickScan will stay selected at next startup.
Why can’t I see the software?
AmibrScan for athena software runs in the task bar of your computer, in “kiosk mode”. When running, you should see the Ambirscan symbol in your system tray.
If you need to view the software, complete one of the two actions:
- Double click the icon on your desktop.
- Right-click on the AmbirScan icon in your system tray and select Show.
